RETURNS AND EXCHANGES GENERAL POLICY
We hope you love your shoes as much as we do - not a perfect fit? We will exchange your order or give you a refund on your purchase price (minus all shipping costs), if you ship the returnable* item back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that have exceeded this time frame will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
WARNING! Damage may occur to item(s) during shipping. We will exchange or refund the item(s), but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL
We want to make you're return or exchange as easy a possible! Please take the following steps to ensure that we are able to process your return or exchange.
1. Please email us to help process your return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Package and secure your shoes in the original packaging.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. NOTE: The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility!
4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided!
Once we have received your package, we will process your request.
RETURNS: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. We will refund the item'(s) purchase price within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES: After we receive and process your return item(s) for exchange, we will ship your requested item back to you for free! This applies to the 48 contiguous states only. All costs associated with returning your items is your responsibility. Exchanges are dependent on availability at the time of receipt of the returned item. If the requested item is not available you will be credited to the original payment method.
*Items qualified for return must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and kept in the original package. All sale items are non returnable, nonrefundable and non exchangeable. All exchanges are final.
